2. Operation Procedure

  • Collect samples by Nasopharyngeal or Oropharyngeal swab.
  • Break the swab tip into this reagent tube after sample collection.

  • Use pipette to draw the complete mixed high-concentration nucleic acid sample into the specimen wells for PCR amplification.
