【PRINCIPLE OF EXTRACTION KIT】

1. Preparation of Pre-packaged reagent
Take out the pre-packaged reagents from the kit and gently shake the well plate so that the reagents and magnetic beads can be concentrated on the well plate or at the bottom of the reagents. Restore the reagent to room temperature before test. Carefully remove the sealing film before use to avoid vibration and liquid spilling.
2. Automated instrument extraction steps
2.1 Add 200 μl sample to Well 1 and Well 7 of the plate.
2.2 Dewei auto nucleic acid extraction Instrument performs extraction according to the following program parameters:

2.3 When the program is over, transfer the liquid of Well 6/12 to a clean nuclease-free centrifuge tube for storage.

【PRECAUTION】
Please read and understand the instructions carefully before operation.
1. Special attention should be paid to prevent RNA from degrading RNase. All utensils and samplers used should be specialized. Disposable consumables such as centrifuge tubes and pipette tips should be autoclaved. Operators should wear disposable powder-free gloves and mask, and use it under protective measures.
2. Before experiment, please read the instruction carefully and strictly follow the steps on instruction. Samples should be handled in a super clean table or bio-safety cabinet.
3. The equipment in the extraction process should be sterilized by uv or 75% ethanol before, during and after experiment.
4. Do not mix reagents with different batch numbers without special instructions, and ensure that the kit is used within the validity period.
5. Properly dispose of all samples and reagent materials according to local regulation, thoroughly clean and disinfect all operating surfaces.
6. Do not directly add bleach or acid solution to the sample waste.
