HBsAb Hepatitis B Surface Antibody Rapid Detection Kit
The hepatitis B surface antibody test (HBsAb) detects proteins called antibodies that are produced by the immune system in response to the hepatitis B virus (HBV). The test is used to determine if you are immune to the virus after natural exposure or vaccination.
Hepatitis B surface antibody - A "positive" or "reactive" anti-HBs (or HBsAb) test result indicates that a person is protected against the hepatitis B virus. This protection can be the result of receiving the hepatitis B vaccine or successfully recovering from a past hepatitis B infection. A positive anti-HBs (or HBsAb) test result means you are “immune” and protected against the hepatitis B virus and cannot be infected. You are not infected and cannot spread hepatitis B to others.

【HBsAb TEST RESULT INTERPRETATION】
If only the C line develops, the result is negative or non-reactive.
If both the C and the T lines develop, the result is positive or reactive.
If no C line develops, the assay is invalid regardless of any color development on the T line as indicated below. Repeat the assay with a new device.
【STORAGE AND STABILITY】
The kit should be stored at 2-30°C until the expiry date is printed on the sealed pouch.
The test must remain in the sealed pouch until use.
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. Do not freeze.
Care should be taken to protect the components of the kit from contamination. Do not use it if there is evidence of microbial contamination or precipitation. Biological contamination of dispensing equipment, containers, or reagents can lead to false results.
