Product Description

FDA Luteinzing Hormones (LH) Rapid Test Cassette for Urine Sample

LH Urine Rapid Test is a qualitative test used to predict when there is a LH surge, which is stated to be a reliable way by WHO. The Luteinzing Hormones increase triggers ovulation when the egg is released periodically from Normal fertile women in the middle of menstrual cycle. Ovulation will occur after 24-48 hours following a positive test.

For in vitro self test use only. For external use only.

【CONTENTS】

  • LHTest.
  • Desiccant
  • Leaflet with instruction for use.

【ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS】

  • A clean, dry, plastic or glass container to collectthe urine.
  • Timer (watch or clock)

【TIME TO TEST】

The initial testing date for a complete 6 day window depends on the length of the last normal menstrual cycle. The first day when bleeding begins in the menstrual period is counted as day 1. The chart below demonstrates the correlation between the starting day and a typical menstrual cycle.

If the menstrual cycle is shorter or longer than shown in the chart above, a physician should be consulted to determine the optimum day to start testing.

【STORAGE AND STABILITY】

  • The kit should be stored at 2-30°C until the expiry date printed on the sealed pouch.
  • The test must remain in the sealed pouch until use.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Care should be taken to protect the components of the kit from contamination. Do not use if there is evidence of microbial contamination or precipitation. Biological contamination of dispensing equipment, containers or reagents can lead to false results.

【OPERATION】

  1. Collect the Urine Specimen with any clean, dry, plastic or glass container.
  2. Be sure that the test strip and urine are at room temperature (15-30°C) for testing.
  3. Remove test cassette from the sealed pouch and place it on a level surface.
  4. Hold a sample dropper vertically. Add exactly 4 (four) drops of the urine specimen into the samplewell.
  5. Read result in 5 minutes. Do not read results after 5 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

No LH Surge: Only one color band appears on the control region, or the test band appears but is lighter than the control band.

This means there is no LH surge

LH Surge: If two color bands are visible, and the test band is equal to or darker than the control band, one will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. If trying to get pregnant, the best time to have intercourse is after 24 but before 48 hours.

Invalid: No visible bands at all, or there is a visible band only in the test region but not in the control region. Repeat with a new test kit. If test still fails, please contact the distributor or the store where you bought the product, with the lot number.
